Don't know if that's necessary.. I switched off of anything fast food, anything fried period and threw all my fatty foods out and switched to baked and healthy (meaning if there is butter or grease I dont touch it) and I ran at the gym for an hour a day every other day since last year and I lost 100lbs that easy now I feel young again

it's all about the fuckin cardio!
