There's also a different sponsor called adultcash, another one called adultcashier, there's adultmegacash, adultactioncash, adultpartnercash, and so on. ACPartner could use adultcashpartner, but then they'd be confused with adultpartnercash. Maybe I'm overlooking some other details, but I don't see the grounds for a trademark infringement claim. Or are you talking some other form of infringement, like they're using your content or something?
