I find it amusing that everytime one of you pro-abortion losers make an argument against the pro-life position, you always refer to hypothetical cases of rape. This situation is EXTREMELY RARE. The fetus didn't rape the woman so why should it be murdered?
WRT the death penalty, yes .... it is murder IMHO.
