				Member joined twice accidentally ... what to do?
			 
			 
			
		
		
		
		I had someone signup for my site twice in a row, same name and address but two different credit cards.  I'm assuming that his browser crashed or something after the first one, so he tried again with another card.  The signups were about 7 minutes apart.  
 
Anyway, I tried to email him to ask which one to cancel/refund but no response after a few days ... the only reason I'm worried about it is because I'd hate for him to chargeback both of them because he got 'double charged' (even though it was probably his fault).  
 
What do you guys do in this situation?
