I think your karma is in need of a lttle help
Indeed it is more difficult to get things done in Mexico, but with patience and understanding and some copias and more copias...things eventually get done.
While some Mexicans are hard to deal with and tollerate, I know alot more Americans that are WAY more ignorant than any Mexican I have met so far.They have a way of doing things here that aren't like American or any other country, but that is just how it is and if you want to live here, I guess you just get used to it
Something we were told by many people here...if someone tells you 'no' one day, the next day they may just tell you yes and make it seem so simple. My husband is having to learn patience too...especially driving.....I'm sure all the taxis here think he is just a crazy white guy! I just hold on and plant my feet on the floorboard and wait!
