You're confusing intelligence with education. The two are most definitely not the same thing.
A truly intelligent person wouldn't throw childish insults around in every post like a 10yr old, so this guy has proven he's far from intelligent in that alone without looking at the rest of the crap in his posts. However, that doesn't mean his education was poor - it was simply very wasted if he really was well educated.
