Scotty, baby -- doncha see, the only reason the Canadians are wiser than us is because they brought European Equivocation and Diplomacy with them from France. Sure, you guys developed your own brand of outdoor ruggedness. I'm sure you've got stories about fellas wrestlin' with bears, just like we do.
