I'm increasingly using Moniker, great support, though I didn't list them above as I haven't used them for a year yet, and you can't really judge a registrar until you see how they handle the details of renewals. I'm also not sure how well they'll scale as the business grows - they're cool now because of the personalized service, but it leaves to be seen how that will change if they grow a hundred-fold. I also find their web interface crude compared to several registrars mentioned above...it takes a lot more clicking to do some things. I'm using their API more than their web interface.
