I really don't see what the big deal is. There are only a few options here:
1. Buy/lease software to stop password sharing, i.e. Pennywize, ProxyPass, KillerSecurity, etc.
2. People break into your sites, you do nothing, you're an idiot.
3. You use 404 traps, dialers, upsells, etc. to make money off these passwords traders.
4. You promote a PPS program, you get your money up front, the program worries about the rest.
5. You order a pizza and send it to me.
