For the keyboard I have found nothing beats the Korg Micro Control. It controls the programs better than anything else and it's easiest to assign functions with. It's only $299. You will learn the software faster and be more productive by using it along with any other programs.

Oh, BTW, if you are using a Mac you are better off using Garageband than Adobe Audition.
