I guess I am safe since I rarely have sex in public...
It is funny how you can be arrested for pretty much anything at any point here or anywhere else. Several times I have been detained overnight for criminal reasons that they never planned on following through with. On the other hand it is good that they can find some sort of excuse to detain people who they know are trouble but do not have enough info on.
