Yes and it's also protected by the first amendment to the constitution.

I have said this before and I will say it again. I am not defending sites such as these...I am merely pointing out the facts.
Do a little research...read about such photographers as Jock Sturges and you will see that the supreme court has ruled so called art pics of nude children are constitutionally protected.
Nudity does not equate pornography.
In fact you could have any image from that site in your possession and be safe from criminal prosecution.
And then have nothing but images of clothed children in leotards where the camera zoomed in on the pubic area and be prosecuted for that...if you don't believe me...it's already happened...you guys just need to read up and do some research.
