Currently I have 5 accounts with Globill but I recevied a lot of emails from my potential member regarding the signup fail with Globill. 2 weeks ago, I decided to use iBill as my 2nd CCP but I found iBill really suck!!!!!
1)After everything setup, I sent a email to
[email protected] but they never reply and the funny thing is I found that they start to accept member .
2) I did add some sub-accounts and email them about the FTP info of the sub-accounts. They also never reply my email.
I know I am just a small potato in the adult webmaster industry but I really don't understand how they treat their merchant like this?
