sleazy , do you also own the .info version? If so , im guessing you may have recently renewed the .com version, - on the 6th?
I recently renewed a name with dotser - actually two domains... and i dont remember them asking me if i wanted a .info version, but they seem to have given it to me anyway, free.
Who knows, maybes theres some weird loophole in dotster, that could be how that thief jacked your shit? You said you didnt recieve any confirmation or anything.
I would change your passwords immediately , if you havent already
