We will start with the default Submit Tour

The first two forms are Select a Tour Name and Select a Unique Sub-Domain. These two items go hand-in-hand and were likely chosen by you already (see step 1 of this tutorial. The Tour Name and Unique Sub-Domain need to match. The matching titles will be unique as our system does not allow duplicates, which is why it is important to pre-choose your sub-domain. Here is the display you will see:

Step 3 is your description field. Use this field to describe your tour. Consumers that hit your tour will see this description. It is important to keep the description accurate and relevant to the content.

Step 4 is where you will choose the program you are building the tour for. You will choose between the Free Lifetime program and the Cam program.

Step 5 is where you will choose the niche category of the tour. This is important when other designers are searching for your tour and for your own organizational purposes.

Step 6 is where you choose the tour zip file from your computer. Zip file should include the html files as well as the image files. The html files should be located in the root while the images should be placed in a sub-directory titled IMAGES. Total size on tour should not surpass 10mbs.

Step 7 is where you will select a preview image. The preview image is what other webmasters, including yourself, will see. Our system will display it as a way of enhancing your ability to promote the tour to other webmasters. Specs on the thumb are: Max Thumb Dimensions: 125x125 PXs
Max Thumb File Size: 20 KBs

Step 8 is where you will choose whether or not your tour is Public or Private. If you choose Private, you will be the only one that can see your tour. If you choose Public, other webmasters will have the ability to promote your tour and earn you revenue.

submit promo

Promos are banners and Full Page Ads.

Here is how it will display on your screen.

Step 1: Choose the title. This is for organizational purposes and has no bearing on the consumer end.

Step 2: This is where you select the program that your promotional item is for. You will choose between Free Lifetime or Cams.

Step 3: Select what you are going to promote. You need to choose the niche first and then choose the specific tour you will link to. Keep in mind, you can earn revenue by building tours for other public tours, they do not have to be yours.

Step 4: Choose the type of promotional item that you have created. You will choose between a regular banner, Full Page Ad or Half Page Ad.

Step 5: Select a banner image to display in our system. This is for all intents and purposes a screen shot of your work.

Step 6: You need to choose whether or not your promo item is public or private. If it is public, then you will be set to earn revenue when other webmasters send traffic to your promo item; if you choose private, you will be the only one that can send traffic and no other webmasters will be able to view it.

submit gallery

This is where you will submit your free hosted galleries. Free hosted galleries are galleries of free content that webmasters, as well as yourself, can promote on tgp / mgps.

Here is how it will display on your screen.

Step 1: this is where you will choose your gallery name. The gallery name will display to the consumer on the free hosted gallery.

Step 2: You will need to choose between our Free Lifetime program and our Cam program.

Step 3: This is for the description. Consumers will see the description. Descriptions should reflect and be relevant to the content / niche.

Step 4: Select what you are going to promote. You need to choose the niche first and then choose the specific tour you will link to. Keep in mind, you can earn revenue by building hosted galleries for other public tours, they do not have to be yours.

Step 5: This is where you choose the zip file of the hosted gallery from your computer. Once you submit, the file will upload to G3X staff for review.

Step 6: This is where you will choose a preview image to associate with your gallery. If you mark your gallery public, other webmasters will see this image. This is basically a screen cap.

Step 7: You need to choose whether or not your gallery is public or private. If it is public, then you will be set to earn revenue when other webmasters send traffic to your gallery; if you choose private, you will be the only one that can send traffic and no other webmasters will be able to view it.
