every car should come outfitted with a device that you have to blow it to test your alc. level.. Only IF you pass you're able to start the car.. if not, the car remains dead. That would be a smarter idea. Who's to say that people are actually going to use this device that you posted a pic of? It wouldn't stop 90% of the drunk drivers since if they are drunk they wouldn't even use the thing. They'd do like usual and get in their car and drive off.

If a device like I mentioned was a requirement for every vehicle that would kill pretty much all drunk driving.
