Sounds like you worked out a few countries as preferences - they sound like good choices!

I'd never go back to what some regard as civilisation, (I'm in Latin America now) - the people are very friendly and genuine, the weather is claimed to be by some mag ratings as best in the world and the landscape, well... outta this world :-) Tho I'd think the landscape in Africa is even more amazing.
