Overheard two Sponsors talking in September 2006.

"So you guys got a booth at Internext in January?"

"Naw show floors are getting kinda dead and old hat. It's much more effective to talk to people while they are having fun. We are just doing the Players Ball this year after the success of the last one"

I see an Internext takeover

I think at the same time as the show would be best, for the first year at least, just to make sure those people with tight schedules can make it since they would already be in town.
