My wife is a Pro athlete, it is 80% diet dude. Just eat better, avoid shit food and try to honestly get like 3-4 30 minute cardio sessions in a week and you will loss weight. Just stick within your required daily intake in calories and it's impossible to loss weight while doing cardio and eating good. IT's a simple numbers game. Good Luck !
