I am aware of the big drama in the past when a CCBill employee broke into the system and sold lists (unfortunately I heard about it AFTER it happened and wasn't able to make a purchase myself
). But that person is no longer with them and the hole was plugged. This happened at least 2 years ago from what I recall.
I really don't think CCBill sells lists. If there is one company that can be trusted in this business it is CCBill.
