You can scream all you want about Ibill will pay, Ibill will pay. I am happy I got my check today, are you? No? That's wierd. Will I be angry if I don't get the 10s of thousands they owe me (I am the landlord)? Yes.
Let's look at the history of troubled 3rd party billers. Did they all pay? If they did then I suppose I should be screaming too. I think I will consider any money I get from a company that everyone has already counted out, pennies from heaven. If they don't pay me, then I will let my attorney do my whining.
