well, it's just the negative connotation that follows and dirties the block.
if someone is sbled, usually they will pressure the ENTIRE c-class in an effort to extort the host to kick the offending site off their server.
therefore, if i host my site somewhere, even if i don't email a soul, they will pressure the other customers of the webhost to put the screws to their upline and kill the offending site.
it pigeonholes all of the legitimate traffic to make sure someone like me can't land somewhere.
again, i don't even fucking use the SMTP on those webhosts - i could give a fuck less. i just need inbound email and my web- that's all i care about.
