It don't matter if it's $10 - it is not unreasonable to have a simple statement of fact/explanation. They are getting paid to handle the processing and reasonable they do this in a competent way. Tho suspect you may wait long enough for a response and if you get one, - it will be the usual avoidance and buck passing by reps.

The CMI shows a lot of weird crap... not just on your account. Oddly, it never records surplus amounts that may be in error. Rest assured the CMI is not necessarily a reflection of any fact either - I'd be inclined to double check everything from iBill :-)
