I would be more concerned about kids accessing adult content via a cell phone and buying these "Services". That couldnt be a good thing at all with no age verification features.
Aside from all, I see this CELL PORN as nothing but a Marketing platform/Advertising gimmick. Very few men will rub one out to a cell phone pic or vid IMHO.
So essentially its an Ad tool.
