NovaSubmitter has a nice MGP list for their submitter program. There's a FREE two week trial offer, so you've got nothing to lose in trying it out.
ChameleonSubmitter is still the best, in my opinion. They've got a great MGP list, which you can submit totally manual if you want. I wouldn't suggest it though...as the list is optimized for the autosubmission process.
