I lived in big houses growning up and before I moved here had a big house for two people. The ONLY reason I was there was because of the school district - there wasn't' anything any smaller.
Now I've downsized and I LOVE it
Smartest thing I've ever done. Big houses (4-12K Sq ft) are just a waste for 1-2 people, IMHO.
