no it's not illegal... that would mean sears and target would have to stop taking photo's of kids in their brochures because horny old men would go nuts over them in their pj's...
it's funny when you bring up ethics... since when has gfy been a prime example of ethical values? posting a picture of yourself holding a bong? that sure is a fine example of being a role model for the future of adult webmastering...
obviously you don't know much about japanese culture but there is something called 'kawaii' which means cute... hence why alot of girls dress and act that way...
maybe if you stopped hitting the bong and learnt more about the world you could be expanding your brain
