You can debate what he did all you want.
"Probably" doesnt fit into this equation. Fact is after this arrest they are looking into every link they found on his hard drive.
You guys should think about what WILL happen not what HAS happened.
This is JUSt happening, so Non Nude may be legal today, but NOT tomorrow. Who knows. Do what you feel is right.
personally I dont feel its right to have 13 year old girls lay on their back in a motel and snap shots of them in bikinis and panties.
