You have done everything to reduce the amount of disturbance caused by your work. How much sub-age are we talking about here? Most music studio's don't run subs until the end of the mixing process, But I guess if you're going to run them, you want to do it on fresh ears.

Are you mixing movies? Hardly seems likely. Can't mix in headphones though.. that's a big nono.
