there is no right or wrong answer.
Some people do VERY well with choker - some don't
some people do VERY well with me - some don't
Some get both of us to work -some only one, some can't get either.
test test test - test everything - RUN with what works for YOU.
just cause something works for you or fails for you doesn't mean someone else will get the same results
