had it only been a minor case of lack of crowd control (which was happening as it was) it would have been one thing...but even people pushing through with Player's cards had the tact to apologize and explain "I have a player's card"

Still wondering why three grown men would be holding hands to get through a line. Guessing, the coordinator(s) couldn't/or didn't hire the police force to stop traffic or paid for extra help with the establishment to avoid this. Who knows but it sucks that your wife got hurt.
