You know, I'm no fan of Sleazy's most of the time, but in a large crowd it's entirely possible that he simply didn't notice. I guess only Sleazy really knows for sure.
You should have gone up to him inside, and told him flat out that you believe he stopped on your wife. I bet he would have apologized on the spot. It's doubtful there was any malice in the event, if in fact there was an event.
In any case, I'm glad to hear nobody was seriously injured.
