Just thinking pxxx - Ibill IS a financial org, tho they have some bs paperwork to claim they are the "owners" of transactions. That is funamentally bullshit.
If this was in a few countries I could mention - there would be controlling bodies breathing down their necks and may have already closed them down or on the verge of doing so. Wiping the bullshit face aside - iBill is little different to a bank holding client funds, yet are in a position they assume they can disperse those funds as they see fit. One whacky scenario! :-)
