post your worst bank experience

I think I'm entitled to say mine is top.

I opened an account to a bank with good reputation, new furniture, "young and professional" people etc..

Tried to receive a wire from US, it bounced. I said: "maybe the swift corresponding bank was wrong..." another corresponding bank, money bounced again to my client. Needless to say his bank charged him like $100 for each bounce. This took like 3 weeks. The bank employees were kind but always they served me different stories with the same conclusion: it wasn't their fault.
Then another transfer which seemed ok, money didn't bounce but they also didn't show up in my account. I was waiting like 3 weeks, then I got mad and started to harass the fucking bank employees... the idiots told me they are a serious bank, they din't have such problems before.. blah blah..

My client got the swift tracking number and we discovered that money arrived at my bank... guess what? After a monster scandal an employee discovered that my swift copy was resting in a drawer for 3 weeks, and the fucking acount keeper didn't know it. Also money didn't show up because I had to complete an idiotic form first, stating the transfer purpose.

Now the priceless part: after 2 months I moved all my money to another bank where I get wires in 24 hours without any problems. my account keeper asked me:
"are you still going to use our bank?"
"no, I don't think so.."
"why? have you made a marketing research? we have the lowest fees..."
"I prefer to pay higher fees for decent services, not for the shit you served me last months"

I felt so GOOD, the bank was FULL of people, she blushed instantly and said something unintelligible while I was leaving in glory...
