This doesn't make sense.

Strip searching to me means being forced to remove your clothes to make sure you aren't hiding anything... as in naked. Anything short of a cavity search.

Now how does removing your outer clothing prove anything. It just proves you don't have anything in your pockets or taped to your clothes.

It doesn't prove you didn't put the $10 bill inside your underwear unless they CHECK inside your underwear.
