P.S: I am not a spammer, I just know some big ones and trust me, I would never try to attack them...

Names man names.. No spammer would sue ANYONE - cause he would have to give his name out. There are people out there that HATE spammers soooooooo much that all spammers are in HIDING and if their name and address got out it would be VERY dangerous for them with all the psychos out there in anti spam so they would NEVER NEVER sue cause it would tell you who they are.
If a spammmer sued me I'm ensure EVERYONE on the planet knew who that spammer was. - address and all. End of problem.
