So instead of "appearing' to promote the same site the still will actually promote the same site just with differnt landing pages. No that won't piss surfers off. Wasting time clicking ads for the same site 8 times in row.
This is akin to Wal-Mart selling Sam's Choice Cola as Coca Cola in my book.
