OK whatever they say ... it has been proven that alcohol cause permanent cell damage yet they cannot find any solid evidence on pot. If I were to tell you to cut back on the booze and give your brain and liver a break, all the alkies here would want me to STFU ... but do not take my word for it, ask your doctor about alcohol and what it does.
It has little to nothing to do with the pot ... you are being 'caught up in the moment' or preoccupied mentally with something such as work, money, family, girls, etc; or possibly suffer from ADD (not meant to insult/offend, just MHO).
