By "Pre-launch promo", do you mean running the tour and taking emails at the join page? Or are you just running ads for upcoming sites at already existing sites in your network?

I did a hell of a lot for Sahara Gets Dirty, starting 2 months before the site was launched. The first 2 sign up's came within 30 mins of the launch and it's carried on from there..
You will also need a lot of promotional material for affiliates, not that many of them will use it, as 99% are too damn lazy and will just add a link on a TGP or links site to your FHG etc. I wonder how many would go for BYOT if they can't even bother to use a banner...  |
