Yup, Best thing to do, Comcast went down on me, They kept telling me it would be a week until a tech could come out, Yet i could pick up my nextdoor neighbors wireless which is comcast, So i called the local office and told them im sick of getting the run around and im going to go buy dsl if they dont quit this shit, the supervisor emailed a tech's pager and bam not even 15 mins later a truck was there and fixed haha
