wedouglas - gaining strength and gaining mass are totally different

I've lost 30 lbs (208 - 178) but managed to bring my bench from a measly 90lbs @ 6 reps to 200 @ 6 reps in the same time period (sept 04 till now)

Anyways, yes. Perhaps I shoulda said "if you want to gain some lean body mass (ie - MUSCLE) then follow Anthony's program"
