So why not do it?
It's not the TGP builders job to convert the traffic, his job is only to build the TGP to the traffic level agreed upon. The conversion and marketing up to the TGP owner after the TGP management is handed back to him.
If you really can build a 300K TGP for $1k, then you'll put DamageX out of business since it seems they have alot of clients and there are people out there who want the service.
