TERMS AND AGREEMENT
Client should provide all the necessary files or data needed to build the website. However, customization of designs will be our concern.
The following are the files or data to be submitted:
? Website Title
? Website Layout
? Text contents (notepad or document)
? Photos and other graphic images
? Modules ( e.g. Home, Services, Products, About Us, Contact Us)
? Domain name to be registered ( e.g.
www.yourwebsite.com )
Data must be submitted via E-mail or FTP Access.
Terms of Payment
The client may deposit their payment thru bank account, cash or check.
The Client should pay, upon signing-up under our services, 50% of the total cost of the project, 50% upon the completion of the project. This payment will initiate the construction of the website purchased. Once the initial payment has been deposited by the client, there will be no refund.
Maintenance and Updates
Upon providing web server, the web developer will be in charge for maintenance and updates of the website. Such changes or updates that were not included in the first implementation will be having an extra charge and will be based on the negotiation.
