I am not going to sit here and defend sites like these or even the nude sites...
But I brought this up during the beastiality debate...why were people so willing to fight for so called freedoms for something that is clearly illegal in the u.s. (beastie) but when it came to something that has been deemed constitutionally protected speech (so called artistic nudity sites) you guys are ready to have them shut down?
I think it's hypocritical to claim free speech regarding one (which is not protected) and not the other (which is)
The simple fact is these sites are not going to go away...they'll just change their modus operandi.
CP does not have to involve actual sex or nudity...any focus on the genital area even clothed, or simulated sex acts, or provocative posing can be considered cp.
And this asshole who got busted with the underage site apparently had these models doing more than just "modeling."
So in the future these people will still have these young girls appearing nude and in bikinis but make it look more sterile...but it will still sell.
And if ccbill stops processing them someone else will because they are making a ton of money off of them.
Once again I am not defending these places...in my opinion beastie, scat, piss, and this borderline cp crap just adds fuel to the fire to use against us law abiding hard working wm's and only makes our jobs harder.
But for now it's legally protected...so there's not much I can do about it other than focus on my business growing the legal moral way...LOL...I said moral and I'm a pornographer ;)
