Best way to do it is to try and not eat for at least a day...say...wake up around 8am or 9am...and hold off til bout 8pm or 9pm...by then you should be ready to eat at least 10...maybe 15..
I've gone as far as 12...and one large Soda...but that was like years ago and since then I haven't really eaten there a whole lot...I was a big fan of TB for the longest time!...
