Sure, if he didn't already have an account with them. By all means, signup under the guy who's helping him out. But the thing is, he does have an account already. I'll tell you what's a rip off. People that will refuse to give someone some basic help without some ongoing reward from it. Talk about fuckin' greedy. I mean, if i could get someone to signup under me for helpin' them out. Great! But i'm not going to make them update their links on every site, risk being banned for cheating, and god knows what else just so he can earn a couple of bucks.
