Dynamic Hosting "per gig pricing" is based on AVERAGE usage, not percentile of burst, so you pay for your actual usage.
GigHost works the same way, actual account transfer amounts are calculated and reported daily, so you are billed for each Gig tranferred there as well. Again, here you pay for actual usage...if one day you peak higher than normal, you're only billed for the additional transfer of that day, it doesn't reflect on the rest of the month's costs.
These options give the client a lot more flexibility, since you only pay for what you use (we bill on 1 GB increments) and aren't restricted by any caps (other than your pocketbook and the server's limitations).
