A landlord cannot just give you 24 hours notice and come into your house if you object unless he has good cause. water leak, complaints from neighbors about the smell, etc....
Go read a law book about tenants rights. A landlord does not have any rights compared to a tenant. Learn the law before opening up your fucking mouth.
