Must be able to use the database from maxmind...

For American Traffic, need via htaccess for an invis redirect for each state to have its own linking code.

For Non-American, just to a general landing page.

If you've done this before, please ICQ me, with a quote and turn around time.

Must be a regular of some sort of a name I recognize off here.
