Why stop? I asked on this board, and was told to call IBILL...a reasonable suggestion...NOT.
The service rep was as ill-informed as any of us.
I think the whole pattern of promising updates on various dates, changing the date, and then just posting dis-information on cmi really bites. If they can't pay, then they need to go bankrupt and just admit it. If they can pay, then they need to post a reasonable time frame for doing so.
It would be like...honesty or something.
